Delivery Policy

Free 2-3 Day Delivery
Take advantage of our free 2-3 day delivery promotion on 10,000+ items every day. Certain restrictions apply and not all products qualify for this promotion.
SlashTek ships via FedEx, UPS and USPS and other reputable carriers to provide expedited service.
Most in-stock and credit approved orders for qualifying products placed by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day and should be delivered within two to three business days.

General Delivery Policies

Shipping options include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Overnight and Two Day shipping options are available upon request. Additional fees apply.
Most in stock, credit approved orders received before 2:00 PM CST. will ship the same day. Cut off time for FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders is 5:00 PM CST.
SlashTek does not guarantee same day-shipping and orders are not processed on weekends and national holidays.
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and other "surface" shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain timeframe. These shipments take on average 3-5 business days for delivery from the date the order is credit released.
SlashTek currently delivers only to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship packages to international addresses.
Additional fees apply when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. In these cases, you will receive a phone call or email from a SlashTek representative explaining the situation and offering you the opportunity to (i) pay the correct shipping amount for the destination or (ii) cancel your order prior to shipment.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses following the USPS guidelines. Additional fees may apply.
FedEx Standard Overnight may not be available to all zip codes. FedEx Priority Overnight is usually delivered next business morning, but is contingent on zip code. To confirm the guaranteed delivery time for your zip code, please contact SlashTek or FedEx.
The maximum refund or credit due in the event an air package is delivered late, notwithstanding the reason for the delay, will be a refund adjusting the total paid delivery charges to reflect the next lower shipping method.
SlashTek reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers at our sole discretion and without prior notice in certain instances, including but not limited to, heavy weight ground and air shipments. If you require a specific carrier, please contact SlashTek's Customer Service Department at (877) 288-0024. An additional service charge may apply if you require a specific carrier.
Truck deliveries for heavy weight shipments are dock to dock deliveries. If you require additional services on a shipment such as a lift gate truck or inside delivery, additional fees apply. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further details.
Most packages that ship from SlashTek require a signature at delivery, but some packages may be left at the delivery address without a signature. Returns due to the carrier’s inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. If you have any questions related to this policy, please contact SlashTek prior to your order shipping.
Occasionally SlashTek may not be able to ship an order to an address in the state of Massachusetts without an additional handling fee related to state sales tax.
  • This is a handling fee, not sales tax. In these cases, you will receive a phone call or email from a SlashTek representative explaining the situation and offering you the opportunity to cancel your order prior to your credit card being charged.

SlashTek SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SlashTek SITE OR ANY DELAY, MISDELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM SlashTek NOTWITHSTANDING ITS ACTIONS, OMMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL AND REGARDLESS IF SlashTek HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Damaged in Transit

Packages damaged in transit should be refused and will automatically be returned by the carrier to SlashTek. After refusing to accept delivery of a damaged package, please notify us of the issue within 48 hours via email at support@slashtek.com or by phone at (877) 953-8300.
If you do accept delivery of a damaged package, you must:
  1. Note the damage on the shipping carrier’s delivery record.
  2. Save the original packaging and product in the condition received.
  3. Notify us of the issue within 48 hours via email at support@slashtek.com or by phone at (877) 953-8300.

The above 3 steps will allow us to file a claim with the carrier for the damage. If the customer fails to follow the 3 steps as described above, customer will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise as if it had arrived undamaged and the standard SlashTek return policy will apply.

Cancellation and Delivery Refusal Policy

An order is only considered to be cancelled when the cancellation request is confirmed by SlashTek in writing. SlashTek will do it’s best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we are not able to guarantee that orders already in processing can be cancelled. If the order is unable to be cancelled and the product is no longer needed, it is best if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. There will be a minimum $15.00 return processing fee and no credit of any shipping charges paid when you refuse shipment upon delivery and/or when shipments are returned to SlashTek due to the carrier’s inability to obtain a signature upon delivery.
